The following matters regarding 2026 Level Determination Exam schedule have been decided within the framework of the Council of Higher Education’s Executive Council on December 24, 2025.

Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Teaching Profession’s Level Determination Exams will be held according to the exam schedule determined by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (https://www.osym.gov.tr/TR,8797/takvim.html).

Level Determination Exams in fields such as Engineering Fields, Law, Turkish/Turkish Language and Literature, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Ergotherapy, Nursing, Midwifery, Veterinary Medicine, Speech and Language Therapy, Nutrition and Dietetics, Audiology, Child Development, Social Work, etc., will be conducted by Anadolu University in June.

For languages not covered by the Foreign Language Proficiency Level Determination Exam (YDS) administered by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (Azerbaijan, Macedonian, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmen, Urdu, Uyghur, Hindi, Turkish, etc.), Ankara University will conduct a Level Determination Exam in these languages during the month of July.

For candidates whose countries are experiencing war, annexation, or occupation, Ankara University, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Gazi University, and Middle East Technical University have decided that the Field and Degree Determination and Academic Identity Determination, conducted in all fields, will take place in April.
