Attention to candidates who have graduated from higher education institutions in the United Kingdom and have applied for equivalence to the Recognition and Equivalence Services Department of the Council of Higher Education,

Based on feedback from universities operating in the United Kingdom, it has been found that some higher education institutions accept the HEDD (Higher Education Degree Datacheck) specific declaration consent form, while others accept declaration consent forms in their own format. Within the scope of equivalency procedures, in order to check the authenticity of the study documents submitted to our Presidency by the candidates from the relevant higher education institutions, it is necessary to complete the declaration of consent forms accurately and completely. In order to avoid delays in the equivalency processes, it is strongly advised that candidates should upload both declaration of consent form of the Council of Higher Education and declaration of consent form of the relevant HEI to the online equivalency application system electronically during the application process.
